I had gone to many different jewelry stores searching for "the perfect ring" yet could not find what I was looking for. A friend had recommended that I check you guys out. I went too you not knowing what style, or size of engagement ring that I wanted, but after meeting all of you, I knew that I had come too the right place. I felt as though I was not just another customer through the door, you truly listened too what I wanted, and made me feel comfortable with what i was looking for in my engagement ring. Not only did you help create the ring of my dreams, but you were so patience with me through this process. Each time that I look down at my ring, I am reminded of the caring staff that you guys have there. My ring is not only gorgeous , but completely one of a kind! It's everything and more than what I could have every imagined! I cannot thank you enough for not only lending me your time, but for giving me the most beautiful piece of jewelry that I have ever owned. Y-town rules..lol...I wanted to thank you so very much for all your help with the repair of my invisible set diamond earrings...I could not be happier with your work or your service.  They look beautiful and arrived in record time.  It really amazed me that it took less time for me to send my earrings for repair to you, than it takes for my local jeweler to do a simple sizing!  Your customer service and attention to detail is above and beyond what most provide in this current day and age.  I know I will be sending other items in to you should the need arise...You have created a customer for life in me.  I wish there was a way to post a testimonial on your site to let others know what a wonderful job your company did for me when I was unable to find a local jeweler or repair facility willing to take on the job your company did in record time for a very fair price.

      I received my ring today and I want to thank you for your personal attention to the repair. It looks like it did when it was new.
